Design and sampling 7-10 Days

✏️If you don't have a design, we can help you turn your imagination into a plush design. This process takes 2-3 days.

🧸If you have a design draft, our team of toy tailors will carefully analyze it, select the required materials, and create a paper pattern accordingly. This entire process typically takes around 7-10 days to complete. However, if your design involves more complex procedures such as transfer printing or embroidery or requires unique fabrics, it may take longer than the estimated time frame.

Production Timeline

Here is the typical duration for bulk production, starting from order confirmation until the completion of plush toy production. It takes about 45-60 days to produce customized plush toys, depending on their size, fabric, and craftsmanship. Here are the steps and timelines of our production process:

Material procurement 15-20 Days

🧵After confirming the order, we will calculate and purchase the required fabric, filling, and accessories quantity based on the sample or work instruction. This process will take approximately 15-20 days, while special materials may take longer

Cutting, embroidery, transfer printing 8-10 Days

✂️ We will cut, embroider, transfer, and print your fabric for your stuffed animal design. This process takes about 8-10 days and overlaps with material procurement.

Sewing and handcrafting 16-20 Days

🪡Once all the materials and accessories are prepared, we will begin the process of sewing, stuffing, handcrafting, and inspecting the products for quality assurance. The entire process generally takes around 16-20 days, but it may take longer if you have a larger production quantity.

quality assurance (QA) 3-4 Days

🔍After manufacturing, each plush toy undergoes a rigorous quality inspection process that includes physical testing and metal detection. This process takes approximately 3-4 days.

Packaging 3-6 Days

📦After passing QC inspection and metal detection, we'll package products according to your requirements. This takes 3-6 days, but special packaging needs may take longer.
