We usually require a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 1000 pieces, but if the size of your product is larger than 60cm, we are willing to accept a MOQ of 500 pieces. The MOQ for stuffed animals will depend on their style. If you are unsure about the MOQ requirement, we are here to assist you.

Our ordering process is divided into three simple steps:

Step 1: Get a quote
We will provide you with a quote based on the information you provide. Please note that if your stuffed animal has a complex production process, it may affect the final price. Therefore, we will communicate with you in detail to ensure that we provide you with an accurate quote. To receive a quote, click on the link provided.

Step 2: Order a sample
We will create a plushie sample based on our communication and modify it as per your suggestions. The final sample will be used for mass production.

Step 3: Production and Transportation
We will manufacture the stuffed toys in bulk based on your approved samples and deliver them to your designated location as previously communicated.

Our main focus is to provide customized plush toy products. We specialize in creating a wide variety of plush items, such as stuffed animals, pillows, mascots, plush keychains, cartoon and animation characters, realistic stuffed animals, plush backpacks, plush pencil cases, bath towels, and U-shaped pillows. We can also personalize all kinds of plush and plush-related products. Additionally, we can incorporate light-emitting or sound-emitting mechanical parts into the plush toys as per your requirements.

If you don’t have a design, you can simply share your idea with us and we’ll assist you in completing the design. Don’t worry, we only charge a nominal fee for our design services. Moreover, you can opt to include your company logo or slogan in the stuffed toys.

Yes, we do provide packaging options. Our range of packaging includes regular packaging, which consists of one toy in a plastic bag or multiple toys in a carton. Additionally, we offer color box packaging, vacuum bag packaging, and PDQ display rack packaging. Shipping by air is the fastest option if you want your samples delivered quickly, but it is more expensive.

If you need to get your bulk order delivered quickly, air transportation is the way to go! Although it can be a bit pricey, it’s totally worth it for the peace of mind that comes with fast shipping.

You can choose to either view the video and image we send you or request to have the samples shipped to you for personal inspection. 

The testing standards vary from country to country and region to region. If you require testing, you can provide us with the categories that need to be tested in the development and design offer. We will then send those categories to the laboratory for testing and issue relevant reports in accordance with the relevant requirements.

Completing samples usually takes 7-10 days. However, if your stuffed animal involves special materials, transfer printing, or complex processes, the relative time will be extended.

After the order is confirmed, the production cycle takes between 45-60 days. For orders that exceed 200,000, we will provide a customized production timeline.

Our toys are manufactured in our own factory, the Chiva Toys Factory, located in Shenzhen.

We do have a return policy. However, we can only assume responsibility for returns due to quality issues. Please note that customized products cannot be returned or exchanged when the customer has completed the inspection.
