We will provide both a digital mockup and a physical sample for your approval before proceeding to production.

After you approve the design, we will begin production. We use high-quality materials and advanced machinery to ensure durability and safety. Each plush toy undergoes strict quality control checks before packaging and shipping. We will deliver your order to your specified address on time, with careful handling throughout the entire process.

Once we've confirmed the pricing, design, production timeline, shipping, and other project details, we'll begin creating your plush sample. Review your sample through photos and videos, or choose to receive the physical sample for inspection. Once the samples are approved, we will proceed with mass production based on the approved design.
After sample approval, we will provide an invoice for the required down payment. Once the payment is received, our team will arrange material preparation and start production.
After production is completed, you may inspect the finished plush toys in person or through a trusted third-party inspection service. Once the inspection is approved, we will issue the final invoice. Upon receipt of the final payment, your order will be shipped via your preferred shipping method.
