Our IQC team checks fabrics, accessories, and packaging for quality, consistency, and performance before they enter production. Only materials that meet our strict standards are approved, ensuring reliable quality from the very beginning.

Rigorous Production Inspection

Every stage of production is carefully monitored to ensure consistent quality. Our IPQC team performs in-process inspections in accordance with AQL standards, with stitching, workmanship, and product integrity verified throughout production. Needle detection is conducted on both fabric components and finished products to ensure product safety. Every plush toy is inspected before shipment, and any non-conforming product is reworked until it meets our quality standards.

Advanced Manufacturing Equipment

Our factory is equipped with advanced manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production, consistent quality, and product safety. With 8 embroidery machines, 30 fabric-cutting machines, multiple stuffing and needle detection systems, every stage of production is supported by modern technology for greater precision and reliability. This enables us to consistently deliver high-quality plush toys while meeting production schedules with confidence.
