Once you accept the quote, we will work with you to finalize the design of your plush toys. We will send you a digital mockup and a physical sample for your approval before moving on to the next step.

Production & Delivery

After you approve the design, we will start the production. We use high-quality materials and advanced machines to ensure the durability and safety. Order your samples

Once we have agreed on the price, design, production time, logistics, and other important details, we will proceed to create samples of your stuffed animal. During this process, we will discuss various aspects such as fabric, filling, color, and accessories in detail. We will provide our expert suggestions while keeping your requirements in mind to ensure that the final samples meet your expectations.

confirm Your samples

Please confirm the samples in one of the following ways: 1) Use video and pictures to confirm the samples, or 2) Receive the samples in person and confirm them. Once you have confirmed that the samples meet your standards, we will proceed with the production of the final products.

Production stage & down payment

Once you have confirmed that the samples are ready for production, we will send you an invoice for the down payment. After you have paid the invoice, we will proceed to prepare materials and start production.

Final Payment & Shipping

After the production of your order is finished, you can choose to inspect the plushies either in person or through a proxy at our factory. Once the inspection is completed, we will send you the final invoice which you need to pay to finalize the order. As soon as the payment is completed, we will ship your stuffed animals using your preferred shipping method.
