Strictly control material inspection

All incoming materials undergo our professional IQC in accordance with AQL standards for full inspection or sampling to ensure that they meet our customers' high standards and requirements. Our yardage machine thoroughly inspects our fabrics, including fabric width, condition, color, yardage, etc. Only those that meet our exceptionally high standards are put into stock. We also conduct strict sampling inspections on plastic eyes and noses, hang tags, wrapping, boxes, cartons, and functional accessories. We also issue relevant inspection reports to assure our customers of our superior quality. We implement the principle of first-in-first-out and process management of material collection to ensure the freshness and effectiveness of materials.

Rigorous Production Inspection

Our professional IPQC conducts sampling inspections in accordance with the AQL standard, from the cutting machine, sewing, cotton filling, hand sewing, and other links. They inspect the sewing stop, stitch length, workmanship, tensile strength, and other indicators to ensure product quality throughout production. We perform needle detection tests on fabric covers and finished products to avoid metal debris and ensure the safety of the products. Our QC and QA carry out 100% full inspection and random inspection on the products and return the defective products to the production line for reworking until they are qualified, ensuring the flawless quality of the products.

Advanced facilities

Our factory is fully equipped with advanced machines that enable us to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. We have 8 cutting-edge embroidery machines, 30 sets of fabric-cutting equipment, 1 fabric running code inspection machine, 6 cotton filling machines, 6 needle detection machines for plush toys, and 1 needle detection machine for packaging. These state-of-the-art machines are highly efficient and precise, helping us significantly improve our productivity and product quality.
